I sold Sabana reits on 21Jan at 1.185 with a profit of 432.

Dividend Chaser on Sabana reits quarterly dividend

Sabana reits is giving 0.0241 dividends per share with book closure date on 25Jan. It is payable on 28Feb. This is much higher than last quarter that gives 0.0234.

Dividend Chaser buys Fragrance

I bought Fragrance shares at 0.26. Price fluctuates between 0.255 and 0.26 these few days. Seems like I need to wait a while before price goes up above 0.26. Sheng Siong shares are going strong. It shoots up from 0.54 from a month ago to 0.675 in Mid Jan 2013. Way to go!

I added 2 lots of Sabana Reits yesterday. Financial results will be out on 17Jan. I hope the news is good and the dividends are as good as last year.

Dividend Chaser sells Rickmers Shares

I sold Rickmers Shares at 0.365 today. I am happy with this price because I bought at 0.34. I shall wait for the price to go lower to buy back.

Dividend Chaser regrets buying silver from UOB bank

Once again UOB deducts about 3 ounces from my silver account in Dec 2012. I decide to sell all my silver and close my silver account before June this year. I will divert the money to dividend yielding stocks instead.

The fiscal cliff has passed for now. Stock market was positive today. Sabana reits hit 1.15. Transpac hit 1.655. STI hit over 3200.
