Dividend Chaser learns about bhodi mediation and pranic healing

A friend introduced me to bhodi mediation. He said he went for 7 day mediation course that involved chanting. Testimonials showed the chanting actually helped to cure ailments such as insomnia and body aches. I watched some videos from YouTube. The founder was a guy who called himself master Jin bhodi. He teaches mediation and chanting in the name of Buddha. I realised his chanting was quite different from the chanting I heard in Buddhist temple. His chanting sounds like songs.

Another friend introduced me to pranic healing. Pranic healing believes that our hands can heal by disposing bad 'chi' or energy from our body and allowing good energy to come into the body. I also saw videos that showed how it worked. It reminded me of 'miracle healing' I came across in Christian church many years ago.

Dividend Chaser regrets early selling

Sembmarine and Singtel continues its uptrend today with a slower pace. They are hitting their resistance points, Sembmarine at 4.70 and Singtel at 3.28.

I almost wanted to buy their shares again on impulse but I told myself whatever comes up will go down, whatever goes up will come down. I might miss this uptrend by selling too early before profit-taking but there will be chances in year 2013. If USA can't resolve the fiscal cliff, stock market will definitely go on a downtrend again. The bear is still lurking and there are no clear signs of the bull yet.

Dividend Chaser checks on Toluna

There are many online survey scams. One of it is Toluna. It promised good cash by filling up companies survey. Feedback given was online surveys are done but people have yet to receive any vouchers or cash. I have yet to find any online survey companies that gave good rewards as it promised.

Dividend Chaser Stock Market Up

Stock market is up today. USA DJ was up. There was positive news from USA. Obama committed to do his best to resolve fiscal cliff. This morning, singtel share was up to 3.27. I regretted selling the share too early at 3.23 yesterday. STI is affected by DJ performance. Sembmarine share is also up for consecutive 5 days. I am queuing to buy Rickmers at 0.34. This stock needs monitoring because someone has posted that its fate would be like FSL trust fate. Hopefully, the dividend payout is still good in year 2013.

Dividend Chaser Sell Singtel Stock

Stock market unstable lately. I sell away my singtel share today at a small loss. Singtel is in uptrend today from 3.16 to a high of 3.25. I sold at 3.23 before it hit 3.24. Singtel has declared dividends of 0.68 with ex-dividend date at 27Dec. I have no confidence that the share will hit 3.30 end of this year that is why I am letting go first.
