Dividend Chaser received dividends

I received dividends for SMRT shares on 30Nov. I am waiting to receive cash distribution from transpac shares on 3Dec. Sembmarine share fell to 4.49 on 3Dec. This is the first day fall after the share moved up to high of 4.61. There are bad news from USA that they might not be able to resolve the fiscal cliff. If so, by 1Jan13, USA will go into recession.
