If the mere mention of movies 'Shutter', 'Body' and 'Dorm' leave a queasy, squirming sensation in your stomach and make you shiver uncontrollably, then you have an idea of what’s coming this Halloween at Sentosa Spooktacular.

This year, Asia’s largest horror fest returns with a novel pairing between Sentosa and Thai movie production studio GMM Tai Hub (GTH), which is known for producing horror movies that continue to linger in viewers' nightmares.
The movie producers is now going to transform the historically-wearied Fort Siloso (as if it wasn’t scary enough at night), such that visitors may come into contact with some Thai spirits and break the curse they’ve wrecked upon the fortified World War II monument – all with a little help from Singapore horror folklore characters such as the Pontianak and the Chinese ghost bride.
The massively popular event (which sold out last year) promises six evenings of good ol’ “scary fun”, enough to entertain both die-hard fans of the Thai horror film industry and curious participants who simply find pleasure in screaming their heads off. The Fort Siloso gates will remain open in October (19, 25, 26, 31) and November (1, 2), with limited ticketing to ensure visitors face minimal obstruction in getting some frights.
There will be five new horror trails, each one intricately designed to re-enact memorable set-pieces from the Thai films that you love to hate, including those from GTH’s latest blockbuster horror comedy 'Pee Mak'. Perhaps, if it has always been your wish to get autographs from Wichien, the infuriated child spirit from 'Dorm', or Chaba, the cinema-killer from 'Coming Soon', then here’s your chance to meet them in the flesh, rotting and all.
